Accudata Search - Syracuse NY

I have been contacted by a company Accudata Search out of Syr NY to do closings in NY. Does anyone have any experience with this company esp on how they pay?

Nothing on my Lists concerning them--

Have you checked Notary Beware.

(when I get a call- if they are not on my Avoid List- I accept- and take the chance-- so far , so good. Have not been hurt) Normally- you do not have much time to say Yea or Nay when the call comes in..If you said Yea- Go for it- unless others have some info to provide..

We do work for them for title searches and I know they have an outstanding balance from the end of November.

Same for me, Mary. I have been working with them for almost 2 years. When I first started doing their title searches, they paid well and on time. Now, I can hardly get them to pay me on time and their work load has slowed down to almost nothing.
They also do not want to pay title company fees for their closings.
Good luck to anyone that gives them a try.
