Adobe Acrobat 7.0

I have a HP1012 Laserjet printer. I can print legal in word but cannot get legal to print in Acrocat 7.0. I have worked with HP customer support to no avail. They say if it prints legal in word the printer is working. Anyone have any suggestion other than go in and check your settings. They are all set to default on legal. It even shows 8 1/2 x 14 before it prints letter size on my legal size paper. HELP

Ron, I have intentionally not upgraded to 7.0 because of negative comments from an SS indicating some notary's are having problems printing. Dotti

I had a problem with 7.0 a couple of weeks ago. I tried to open a file in 7.0 and it kept saying the file was corrupted but I could open it up in 6.0.

I had to call HP a few weeks ago. Spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone -- never got the problem
fixed.... I think it all depends on who you speak to at HP - the guy I spoke with didn't have
a clue.
I'd go back to using Adobe 6.

Ron,
When you are in adobe, under the print settings is the box "choose paper by PDF page size" checked? That is where I have my problem. If it is not checked then my pages will print on whatever size paper is available.
