Hello All,

I like to give kudos to good signing services.
Advantage documents service is a class act. They met my fee and promptly paid in 30 days. Ray Dillon is a good person who has relevant information to provide.

This year I will be marketing myself to more title companies and LO so when I do signings for SS, this is one company I will work for.
