Ah, those balmy 80-degree January days in Austin
Great day today. No signings, so I spent a good part of the day making a heaping platter of snew. No snew will ever be as good as my Scottish grandma's snew, but this came pretty darned close. A little sour cream, some unsalted butter -- ah, culinary paradise!

Geez I wish I was there right now.....was below 0 up here for a few days and right now it's 25 degrees, just got a inch of snow on top of the 6 inches we got the other day on top of the couple of inches we got before that. Can wait til Spring get's here in NE PA.
