They DO NOT PAY their notaries. What I'm told is "the check is in the mail". I have not been paid for 13 closings. But I know the Title Company has paid them.

I did several signings for them in the beginning and was paid for all of them (30 days). I don't like to work for them only because most of the docs I received are Ameriquest, and darn if I didn't spend twice as much time, for half as much money.

Call the title company and the lender....if they know you're not getting paid, they may decide to use a different SS and may bring pressure to bear on your behalf.
