American Title

I just signed up with American Title in Nebraska. Their lit say they pay $50 a signing. I find that hard to believe of a huge company like that. Anyone had any experience with them?

I did two signings for them at the end of '03.

They paid but havent used me since even though my work is always perfect.

Good Luck.

Yep... $50... unless you drive a hard bargain... and are the only Notary around.

I do title work for them. I always turn down their closings. They only pay $50 and I am not an idiot. Their email doc fee is $65 total.

American Title in Omaha, Nebraska is a title company. I have been doing title work for their company for 2 years.

I get so fed up with these $50.00 title co. NNA recommends after Certification that your fee is $65.00 and all of my E-Docs are $25.00. If we quit accepting $50.00 they would have to go back to the lawyers or come up to modern times. You can't fill your car for $50.00.

It means that both parties are signing for the note(loan) and only one party owns the property and using that for security
