Chelsea settlement - Good, bad, ugly??

Can anyone give me experiece/info on Chelsea settlements out of Harrisburg PA

I have done closings for Chelsea, Harrisburg, Monroeville and Philly. The one in H-burg is a franchise and not affiliated with the other 2. Did one purchase for them with no problems and they were prompt pay as were the other offices.
