Companies not paying
Earlier there was a thread about what companies weren't paying. I'd say the worst one that I have dealt with is United Notaries. I will no longer work for them. Has anyone done any work for mortgagedocs.com?

I've done seven in the past year with them. Haven't had any non-payment issues-they usually pay within 30 days; however, they don't like to pay the minimum amount I request.

I note that we now have a poster named Jolene Lien.
So, I guess if she filed a writ against a piece of proper;ty, that would be a Lien lien?
And if it was a lien stripped to its bare essentials, that would be a lean Lien lien?
And if the property had a structure on it with a roof with only one pitch, then it would be a lean lean-to Lien lien?
Unless, of course, the structure was built right on the boundary, in which case it would be a lean line lean-to Lien lien.

I've done a few for them. They are a $50 company and they are the only company that I will accept $50 signings from. I only accept assignments that are either right in my area, or in an area I'm going to be at that day. A few times I've gotten them to pay me $65.00.
They pretty much only do HELOC's so I'm in the borrower's home a total of 10-15 minutes. That is the only reason why I do closings for them.

AMTS is #1 in my list...NO PAY since July!!!
I will never recommend them. If they pay now...sooner or later they will not. Watch out when they get late with their payments...it is a sign.

It's taken over 2 months for me to get payments from them. Both were first two and last two jobs with them. One time my check was cut the end of November, last year, the envelope was post-marked the end of December, 04. I should have had the check the end of November, beginning of December.

I would highly recomend this company for those just getting started.True they pay only $50,but as it was stated it's only 10 -15 min .and they send checks out on the 15 of the month.I do a lot for this company never had any problem.

I too would recommend them, although my experience has been that the signings take longer than ten to fifteen minutes; usually half an hour or a bit more. The HELOC packages are small and very clean, though. Pretty straightforward.

They pay $50 but you can set your watch and know the check will be in the mailbox on the 17th! Even though they pay lass than my usual fee I love to work for mortgageDocs.com. I've never had a problem with their assignments.

We have done 3 signings for Mortgage Docs.com
They pay fine in about 2 weeks to one month. Sometimes about 11 pages faxed back, but not usually, Overnighted for $65 pay, sometimes small amt. of DOCs (20 pages).
Good company, no problems yet ...knock on wood!
Now don't ask me about ... GRRRRRR!!!! #@!%#
