Would you tell me what "Assignment of Deed of Trust" and "Corporation of Deed of Trust" are? They are both one page document. They both need to be notarized and on the attached notarial wording on the top right corner it says as follows:

State of _____ By: ________________________________
County of _____

Is the borrower supposed to sign next to the "By: ______________?" It looks like the above mentioned DOT does not require any signatures on the DOT docs themselves. I would appreciate your feedback on this. Thank you!

These are not for your attention, as they are used later in the process to transfer the servicing of the mortgage. Do nothing to them and just return with the package.
