Executive Closings Strikes again!

This is my first message and also the first time I have griped about a co too. I was angry with Executive before and now after reading all the dirt on them in here I need to tell my story.

I know they are slow payers and an all around pain in the *ss with edocs, 5 page confirmations, fax backs etc. but they are extremely shady as well.
I had a closing with Vital and couldn't get docs to print with their viewer so we had to cancel the closing. Executive calls me a few minutes later saying "a notary dropped the ball on this closing can you do?" I say "what's the borrowers name" and lo and behold it the one from Vital. David goes on to brag about how they stole it from Vital because they are their major competition and the whole time there are all these people laughing in the background. I get this bad gut feeling and tell him so, so he shushes everyone in the back ground. Anyways I charge them extra becuse I know it will be a pain, get the closing done and it takes forever to get paid.
Now 3 months later I get a call from them to do a closing that is an hour and half away, I'm in another state, it's edocs and I won't even be showing up to the borrowers house till 10 at night, getting home at God only knows when with 2 signings in the morning starting at 9AM so I know that this is going to be a major pain and I probably won't get more than a couple hours sleep. I tell him I can get it done and I rush home, the docs are ready! I start printing and call the borrower. He doesn't want to close that late the appt was for 6 earlier. I field 5-6 more phone calls and get everything set up for the next evening and reconfirm with the borrower. 10 minutes later a Michelle? calls and tells me the appt is cancelled, I tell her David said it was back on, she puts me on hold and Frank gets back on saying that David made a mistake in calling me and now that they have more time to find somebody they are going to do that because they want somebody cheaper. I explain that it was unprofessional and not much thanks for all the times I have scratched their backs and ask to speak with David. He still hasn't returned my phone calls. I'm so glad I went the extra mile for them! So beware of them even if you have had OK experiences with them, they will stab you in the back if it means a greater profit margin for them.
