Fees

In the new MoJo book, there is a box for fee. How many of you enter the Notary Fee? Do you add the mileage also to the side of it for the grand total.
Recently I've had Agents call me for signings and they offer me 250.00 for signing down the street from me. Mileage is less than 10 miles. How would you enter that in your book if you enter the fee.
