GAC - Is this a title co?

Got a call today for a job. They are offering SS-type fees. I did one job before for an SS, hired by GAC. Am I mixing up two different companies?

Yes they are. Do not take bare minimum for closings. The are a bit stingy for title work but I get $125 here in Maryland for closings. There are a few fax backs but they are usually good about paying within their billing cycle.

GAC is a big vendor management company. I am also al abstractor and I will not do work for them.
