I'm wondering

I've been away from the board for a few days and went back and saw this post dated 1/22/05 from a BEAR. It was regarding Executive Closing Services. Would this, could this, I sure hope not, be the same company that left so many notaries high and dry and now they are back in business. Yikes! People beware if it is!

No.

Executive Closings is on a few No-No lists. I've never had any problem with them. They paid my fee as agreed--one was even a no-sign at the table. Until proven otherwise, they are A-OK on my list.

They were actually on my A list too....

Until they went out of business without paying me for some closing that I did. I found out later that they did it to many notaries.

kari,

just a suggestion - in the future when you ask a question about a company you might want to indicate where it is located. I think that makes it a lot easier, as there are many companies with very similar names and also companies with branches.
