Interstate Closing Services

We are a nationwide signing service with a large database of signing agents. We are now expanding our services and are looking for new clients. For more information contact [e-mail address]. We look forward to hearing from title and mortgage companies. If you are signing agent we also appreciate references from you. We would like to establish a mutually beneficial referral-based relationship with fellow signing agents. Thank You.

Who are you trying to kid? First you post a message asking for agents and for them to bring their contact lists with them (at 1:34 pm from IP 65.35.106.87). Then you post as "an agent" three minutes later from the same IP address. Even with RoadRunner (Tampa Bay) shared services, IP addresses aren't renewed and reissued that fast. This certainly wreaks of illicit soliciting.

I noticed that too, and truthfully, doesn't surprise me. The fictitious name "Interstate Closing Services" was registered on December 9, 2004. Apparently Mr. Olesky hasn't been doing much in the way of signings since his commissioning less than a year ago. Otherwise he would have a pretty good handle on typical fees, as this information is pretty readily available just by reading the boards.

Jason--Do you really want to give "Your Contacts" away? Did you not work hard getting them?

Listen to what PAW said above. Be careful; it is your business, but be careful, you may well be "being taken in" here, okay? Just my humble opinion as well.
