Does anyone know if the title companies are closed today because of the holiday?? Usually I get signings this time of the month.

I was contacted by 2 companies this morning in reference to closings, but I think the majority of them are closed today as most the lenders are closed as well. BK/FL

Well, IREP must be working today...I accepted a signing tonite at the local HFC office. I asked her if it was slow out there and she said yes, it usually is during the first three weeks of Jan...should pick up in a few weeks.
