I've worked with NationmidwAppraisalServicesCorp. and have been very pleased. They pay prompt. Getting them to send the WHOLE package is sometimes difficult(haveing to wait for HUD) But other than that I'll take all they can send my way in North Carolina

A standard closing for a simple Line of Credit is $55-$60. There is extra charge if the closing is more than 15 miles away one way, also if it is a piggyback closing where you do a refinance and a line of credit, you can charge up to $40 additional.

Most of my closings are 45 to 80 miles one way. The times that the clients need me to be there is usually at night. Depending on which direction I have to go and the weather (country roads in some areas) that adds one to two (and some times more) hours to my travel time. So needless to say I ,for one, do not agree with the pricing you suggested. Maybe its because NNA recommends for certified signing agents no less than $65.00 and that is plus e-docs andthatis only in my zip code which is quite large. I truly believe a certified signing agent who cares and is accruate is worth their fee. They can promote the company and leave the client with clear, trusting, and rememberable thoughts. Now who do you think the client is going to call on the next re-fi or line of credit and who are they going to remember as caring.
