I took their class and the instructor I had was very good. He was patient and complete in breaking down the SOS handbook into "layman's" terms. But they have many different instructors that teach these courses. As far as the loan signing agent course,...well I bought the book , which did have some good info, but not for the price i had paid. I didn't take their actual course though. Also IMHO you get more knowledge form these guys on this board and GMN. I am also finding that signingregistry.com is also has very experienced people without all of the "extras" found on this one and GMN.
