This company sent me on a signing that was not verified with the borrower and I ended being verbally abused by the borrowers father and thrown out of his house. Yes, I did talk to borrower and they told me not to come, but when I relayed this info to Platinum, they assured me that they had spoke with the borrower and it was still a go on the signing and I was to keep my appointment with them. I am happy to end this story by saying that they did in good faith pay me in full my signing fee even though loan did not happen. Just wanted to share the good graces this company extends to it's notaries.
