Price Query - Mfg Home Transfer of Equity

The appointment - Mfg Home Transfer of Equity for lender. (no land attached)

Buyer & Seller both present.

Must pick up a list of documents, pictures, and the list went on.

I quoted $100 to do it. Was told that was $50 the limit.

So, I said I understood.

Was I way off base in my quote?

If it were just a title transfer, that would be one thing.

I have done MH refis and they paid $65, so I did not think that given a few hoops (collections, pictures, etc) and seller's transfer work that my quote was all that out of line.

What's the going rate for this and what's involved if anyone cares to share?
