Question for Harry
Harry, I have tried to locate Ameridocs on the member's logged in signing serivces tab and it does not come up. However, if I am logged out, it shows up, but of course not with information.
Does this mean anything to us?

I found it while logged in, using the goggle search.

Hello, T.
Yes, I found Ameridocs doing a search, however, it's not in the signing services tab when you are logged on.
If you aren't logged on, it is listed, however.
I use the SS tab as my directory and just wondered why it was not coming up.

Brenda, I had the same problem with a SS, although I can't remember who it was -- when I was logged on, it didn't appear. If I didn't log on, it was there, although I couldn't do anything with it because I wasn't logged in. The problem happens because Harry hasn't actually put it in the SS database -- apparently, he doesn't do it for a company here and a company there but waits until he gets a quite few to enter at once.

Brenda & Carolyn -
You will see this when the company (signing service or title) has not been coded for the state corresponding to your login. Sometimes companies asked to be added to our database. In those cases, we add their profile, code them as signing services, and ask that they update their profiles under the My Profile link. (Signing services and title companies can define their coverage areas in the form of the states they work in.) When they don't do this, you will see them on the overall list, but not on the state-specific list.
Other times, we proactively add companies based on discussion posts, etc. In those scenarios, we must research the companies to properly code their coverage areas. In most cases, this is simply a matter of visiting a home page. (And it's very easy when that website says, "nationwide signing...")
That's it in a nutshell.
