Representatives Wanted

Red Seal Notary Public (www.RedSealNotaryPublic.com)

Red Seal is a Canadian notary public company with locations and representatives across Canada. Currently, we are expending into the U.S. and as such, we are seeking representatives in number of states. The ideal person or company must be a dully qualified notary public under the relevant laws, have proper insurance and work out of professional offices setup for a notary public.

For additional information, visit, http://www.RedSealNotary.com and contact Kumaran Nadesan ([e-mail address] (416) 922-7325) for additional information.

I Can't Resist!

This is just too good to pass up & I'm not making fun of Mr. Nadesan...but this company is looking for "dully" qualified Notaries? That's a faux paus I can't help noticing!

That is no typo or spelling error. Mr. Nadesan is looking for short hair narrow tie button-down collar pinstrip suit notaries -- in other words, notaries of the Republican persuasion. Hence the "dully."

You have to come through my back gate, (the doberman will lick you to death) but it does have a sign that says Beware of Notary

Have you checked their "competitive" fees? $49 for first Jurat, $29 for subsequent, $49 for certifying a copy... And they expect these clients to come to our "professional offices" and pay those fees? Sorry....my seal is not made of gold!

And if I charged those kinda of fees for them coming to my office, I would end up talking to the judge. At least in my state anyway.

Wonder if thats US or Canadian $$$$?

Wonder what percentage of Notaries have Professional Offices--over the number operating out of home base?

If the Canadian Company decides "not to pay"-- what recourse is there to collect the $49? or the US equivalent?

Mr. Nadesan - I would suggest that you take the time search all US states Secretary of State sites and review each and every one of their Notary Laws so that you can better comprehend what US Notaries can and can't charge (and what they can and can't do) for their services.

Now, once I move into my new home in April I will have an office in my home with it's own entrance, will that count? Smiley

Good Luck to you!
