Here is a copy of my post on GMN posted last night re: SigningZ.com
I replied to a post re: signingz.com a few weeks ago. In my post, I stated that I did not get paid as quickly as the confirmation stated and that there seemed to be some communication issues within the SigningZ office. I thought it was important to let y'all know that the owner of the company contacted me via email the day after my post and promptly sent my check out. Paul, the owner of SigningZ.com seems to me to be very forthright.
In the email he states "I would like to extend a personal apology for the confusion you encountered. However, I would also like to point out that some of that was caused by the borrower's line of communication with the lender and the title company and then to us. No one is to blame for that, by the way. It doesn't always happen that way, and we appreciate your flexibility and sense of humor."
I believe in giving credit where credit is due and think that Paul at SigningZ.com is working hard to do the right thing by us Notaries. IMHO, we need more SS owners like Paul.
