SIGN-N-SEAL NOTARY SERVICE


Anyone out there conducted signings for SIGN-N-SEAL NOTARY SERVICES out of San Francisco.
They claim to "comply with the NNA/SIGNING AGENT fee structure"...of course, they're offering
$65.00 for a signing. I guess the NNA figures that's a reasonable fee.

They e-mailed me a copy of their procedures today. They claim in this document that they make payments for assignments 15-30 days from the close of escrow. Let me know if you want a copy.
