I've searched and cannot find any info about Security National located in Colorado. Any one know anything about payment history...

Security National in Co is the sister company for Lenders First Choice. LFC pays their invoices from their office. At least that has been the case for my title searches and closings.
They are good people. Pay every 2 weeks.

I had a closing that was scheduled for 12/19/06 at 2pm, the borrower called and asked to move it to 3pm, I showed up and borrower was not home, I waited 45 min. LO called borrower at work and rescheduled for 6:45pm. When I got to the closing the borrower refused to sign. I got email next day with her apologies and she said that my check for $125 was in the mail. Great communication, Kristin Lapinski was the escow closer.
