Both names on one AFF, wondering what most do for wording "and that (fill in) are one and the same person." Usually have one for each borrower but not this time. Thanks for any inputs

I used the wording "Borrower1/Borrower2 as stated above". I'm seeing more of that now a day (maybe some body got lazy). What I've been doing is print/make another copy so each person has his/her own to sign by crossing out the other name.

Ditto.
Same thing for the Marital Status Affidavit. A second copy usually fixes the problem.
