Signature Affidavit

Does the non-borrowing spouse include his/her info and sign?

Usually the Sig/Afd will have the name of the specific borrower on it. Many times the Affidavits are separate for each borrower. If there are no names, it's not going to hurt to put on both, and if you're unsure, call the SS or whomever you got the job from.

Generally, instructions are: only sign if their name is typed on the document. Non-borrowers usually sign the 'legals.' Most lenders will specify. Dotti

Affidavit in the package was blank. No names anywhere. And there was only 1 form. I've had affidavits with both names on one form. Late night signing. My direct instinct was to get borrower's signature only. I know, I should have both signed, couldn't hurt.
