Signing fees

I'm new to this. How do you set your fees when making a fee sheet? Is there an average price for certain things? I appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks.

it varies - could be $200 in outback of Alaska, $75 somewhere else. Read thru the threads by doing a search on "fees" - you'll get a lot of input. You will have to determine what your own fees are. There are "guidelines" "suggestions" and other input you'll have to digest.

PLEASE - don't sign on as anonymous. Lots of readers ignore these postings. Pick a name followed by your state abbreviation. Then the feedback will be more precise and relevant.

first - change your name and identify your state...secondly, do a search with the orange search tab and type in fees....it's different all over. If you are in a saturated area, there may be agents taking $50. assignments because there are so many others willing to do them. NEVER take any less
In my area, I can get more, but some Signing companies won't call me back if I ask for my standard (in county) $65./$25.edoc because someone else will do it for $50. It also depends on how far you are willing to travel and other factors
Good Luck
