Just got a call for a signing tonite, I asked if it was out there and she said "yes, usually the first three weeks, then it picks up a little and Febuary is better."
I don't think people want to think about spending money after they do an overkill on the budget over the holidays, and I certainly wouldn't be house hunting in the dead of winter lol
