Trouble downloading docs

I had a last minute signing tonight and needed to download docs using Secure Form Transfer provided by Ellie Mae, Inc. www.elliemae.com. I was able to download first set, but 2nd set was taking way longer than should have. Has anyone else had this problem with this type of download? If so, is there anything that I can do to prepare for the next time? The lender told me to go on without them, and they would send the docs to borrower. I had the important ones downloaded. Thanks for the help.

I hate to mention this but my computer did the same thing once, just before it crashed on me! It was not with that exact company but same situation.

Did you try rebooting to see if it was your computer and not the web doc site?

Since reloading everything I keep my computer as empty as possible so it will perform a fast and reliable as I need it to be. Also bought a laptop for back up! BK-FL

When I came home and after posting on this forum, I tried again. I didn't reboot. The thing is , I was able to download the first set of probably 50 pages, took a little time but not too much trouble. when I tried after returning home, I was also able to download some pdf files like normal. The file I had trouble with , took 45 min., and all it was, was the 1003.
