Depends on what context. I am assuming that you mean a Trust Certification document in a loan package, where the borrowers are signing as trustees of a trust. In that context, the Trust Certification is often a statement by the trustees that they are in fact the trustees of a certain trust as named in the certification, and that they have the power to perform the tasks associated with real estate transactions and indebtedness of the trust.
