As a suggestion when you inquire about a company in the future, you might add where they are from. That makes it a lot easier. Often there are companies with very similar names. In addition, certain companies have a lot of branches, and the branches seem to differ.

At the time I posted this I didn't know where they were from. After getting the confirmation I see they are from GA. I waited all day for them to return my calls and emails and never heard back from them. The signing was suppose to be tonite. While typing this ,the Title co. itself just called me and said they were suppose to have the docs and never got them yet. I don't know what is up with this closing??

Keep the name of the title co. contact. After the closing goes well, call him/her. Say you're sorry the signing good slightly messed up (due to the SS errors) and if he wants to call you direct in the future so as to avoid problems he is welcome to do so.
