Hi, I actually know the owner of this company very well. She and I use to work together previously in the Mortgage/Real Estate sector when I lived in Minnesota. She is very pleasant to work with and also very professional. She is someone you can count on and at her word. I would greatly encourage you to give things a try. I do know that she has an enormous amount of work and would very much like other professionals in the field to work with her to complete all of her signings.
