Vital Signings pays within two weeks (on the two I have done for them) and above average SS fees.

I have done many closing for Vital and they are very nice people. The pay is quick and the pay is alright. They are not one of my top paying companies think they are maxed out at $125.00 or so.
Very nice poeple and they work hard and late to work with their closers. The owner is an attorney and they ask you to fax over your Driver's license, Social Security Card, Insurance card and more. I never give that stuff out because it our responsibility to have a Driver's license and insurance on our vehicles.
Hope this helps.

I've done twenty signings for them so far. Very prompt in paying and excellent to work for. They do have the "fax-back" which is a pain at times, but that is part of the job.

I've done many jobs for these people. They pay fast and fair, though the doc packages will be large.

One of the only two signing companies I woud work with
They are professionals. Different people handle diferrent functions ie: scheduling, email Docs and QC, so you could expect them calling you to confirm or let them know of signing/doc/schedule status. I like working with them. Everyone is nice and are very pleasant to work with. Their payment schedule is like clockwork. One of the best, if not the best! Met my fee all the time. Mostly Ameriquest, but they are doing Full Spectrum now too.
