DocumentServices.Com closings through First American Equit

Attention unpaid signing agents who completed work in September, October and November of 2004 for DocumentServices.Com through First American Equity Loan Services:

If you are a signing agent who was not paid by Document Services in the aforementioned timeframe, First American Equity Loan Services will compensate the agents affected who serviced a First American Equity Loan Services Closing. Please note, if you have already submitted this information to me it is not necessary to resubmit. If you have not done so, please fax a copy of the order confirmation (s) received from DocumentServices.Com as well as a signed copy of your w-9 to fax # 866-889-6304 or email the forms to [e-mail address] to the attention of Joe Noah.

All invoices must be received no later than Monday January 31st. Any inquires after this date will not be paid by First American Equity Loan Services. Once the information requested is received, a check will be issued to you within 1 week from our office.
