Recording is the bottom of the barrel for work, It would be more fun to clean motel rooms. The checks are often not in the right amount, the affidavits and such are often not right. It's a lot like trying to get something done at the MVA, you never get it done on the first trip. Remembre if they are asking you to record it's because they are not in that county, so that's why the recording conditions are unknown to them.
