Hi,
I have a jurat here that I am not exactly sure how to fill in and would like someone with more experience to tell me what the words should be. thank you in advance for you help.
Sworn To and subscrived before me on ___(Date)_____, by ___(Person)____, who is personally known to me or who has produced _______( ? )_________ as identification.
would I put Driver License Here?

I think it really depends upon what items were used in identification. I had a signing last night and I was presented with both a MI driver's license and a Permanent Resident Card ( both of which were requested by the signing co.). So I put both of them in.

Thank you much, I am learning quickly about how different the wording can be from company to company and state to state. I just don't want to make a mistake.
I am so thankful for this forum.
This is a rural area and there are very few people who do this kind of work here. In fact when I get calls somtimes they say I am the only one in a hundred miles. I know as the area grows business will pick up, I want to grow in knowledge and experience as my area grows.

Jan, I think you misunderstand what they're saying about Oklahoma. They are not saying you are the only signing agent in a hundred miles. They're saying you're the only >>person<< in a hundred miles.

Now wadda ya mean by that Mr. hugh? Tulsa is 81 miles from me. lol Jan, did you recently get a call from an SS to do a signing in Watts. I told the company they could'nt afford my fees to go that far and suggested they call one of you in Tulsa. I think there are only 3 of you there.
