loan singing agen-classes
Hi, i recently took my test to becom a notary public. I want to become a loan signing agent, but do not want to pay the high prices of a seminar. Does anyone know a cheap class I could take or should I try a home study course, and do I really need to take a class to be a certified loan signing agent. Does anyone know if there is a source were I could get examples of the document that should be notarized when it comes to loan signing. Thank to anyone who could help me. thanks!thanks!thank!

One only notarizes that which has the notarial wording on it. It is unauthorized practice of law (UPL) for the notary to determine whether a document requires notarization and to determine which type of notarization would be required.
So, if a document doesn't have the wording, you don't notarize, unless you are instructed to do so by the originator and/or other party to do so.
