2 loan apps

I have a signing for a package with 2 loan apps. in it. They have borrower listed as married but then it also says title will be held "as an unmarried woman". So then I'm thinking if there's a spouce and this is CA then the spouce needs to sign the Settlement Statement, TIL, RTC, and DOT. There's no spouces name printed on those docs. Ok I'm a bit frazzled from the printer issue I had...

I called the lender she is speaking with the LO and will let me know if it will need to be a redraw.
