AZ Notaries - New Ack wording in AZ
I received a fax from Bancserve today saying that there is a new "verbiage" for acknowledgements in the state of AZ effective July 1, 2005. I have not been able to find anything on the SOS site regarding this new wording. Bancserve sent the following:
On ___________________, before me, ________________
a Notary Public in and for said County and State, personally
appeared _______________________________________
personally known to me (or proved to me on the basis of
satisfactory evidence) to be the person(s) whose name(s)
is/are subscribed to the within instrument and ackknowledged
to me that he/she/they executed the same in his/her/their
authorized capacity(ies), and that by his/her/their signature(s)
on the instrument the person(s), or the entity upon behalf of
which the person(s) acted, executed the instrument.

Has anyone heard of this new law???
