I had the same list.
Brian, you must have found it at the same place I found it a few months ago. I just thought it would be more useful for the title and lenders...rarely does a notary get a confirmation or closing instructions that list FmHA on it.
This list si also listed on many various title sites.

I found about 10 different sources to compile this list, none of them had all of these. I didn't say they would be on a confirmation or closing instructions. They are just acronyms. It doesn't hurt one to expand their knowledge to outside their circle.
