speaking notaries in the Denver area that would be available for a signing Saturday morning in Westminster?

If not, I'm in for a VERY long signing.

It's not as bad as you might think.
1. If they are leary about what they are signing, LO probably speaks Vietnamese.
2. If they can get a loan drawn up, you will be out of there quicker than you've thought.
3. There is this inner respect/trust that some Vietnameses carried with them b/c we went through the war together.
