Attorney in Fact - help?

How do I specify the verbage on the Acknowledgement?

The "Borrower" is female, while the Attorney in Fact is male.

... that he/she/they executed the document...
Cross out they... which other HE or SHE???

OK, how about the line where the person who personally appeared

<female name> is already in print.

Shall I cross this name out and put the Attorney In Fact's name there?

Yes, put the name of the person who actually appeared before you. Otherwise, the statement is not true.
