Creditable witness

do you have both creditable witnesses sign your book

Credible witness are the principal's ID. They both would sign on each line you have a document listed for the principal. In other words, if you notarize 5 documents for a person and you have 5 entries, each credible witness is going to sign where you would of put the
Drivers License information. In you journal you will see two lines there. You will have two
signatures there, one for each credible witness. In addition, you are going to ID the credible witness just like any other person. You will post their drs lic number etc. They will also sign this entry and I always thumbprint them. Hope this helps.

Don't for get to give them an Oath

Check your handbook as to what the oath should contain for credible witnesses.

The answer to this question is in your handbook, too. If you're going to need to use credible witnesses as ID, it would be an excellent idea to thoroughly study that section of the handbook first...
