Docs via Website
I've noticed that more signing agencies are using websites to send documents to the notary instead of sending them as PDF files. Would you still consider the download from the website to be an E-doc? I just want to make sure I invoice the client correctly.

It is the same thing. You still have to print.

I refer to downloaded docs as digital docs and e-mailed files as e-docs.

Re: OK Everybody!!!
Or dead docs could be the ones from those no-signs due to every term on the loan being totally different than what the borrower thought it would be. ARM not a fixed, 9% not 6%, prepayment or balloon when there shouldn't have been, and so on.
