December is generally a slower month...

Although HELOC's seem to be consistent all year long.

I have one loan co that usually has a contest going on most of the month of dec. So it's real busy for me. I had 7 on one day, however 3 were for the same guy, he had alot of property and knew just what he wanted to see, after he saw the info he just signed away nice and quick! I liked him

I hear ya christiSocal, it's kind of like when you get a piggyback and they really look at each page on the 1st. Then for the second it's sign, sign, sign, check numbers, sign, and done. 2nd taking less than half the time the 1st did. I just had my first piggyback and was relieved when the 2nd was a breeze.
