Help! My HP 3015 does not copy legal size

Suddenly, I can not copy legal size.. I am trying to make a copy of a HUD, and all I get is two pages, the first page is incomplete and the bottom part missin on the first page is in the second page.. like I was printing in letter size .. I set legal size as default.. Can somebody help me please ?

Have you checked the menu settings on the copier? I know on my fax, I have to select that I am faxing legal or letter.

Check the settings, mine resets to letter all the time.

My default solution when I can't think of anything else to try is to unplug it for at least 30 seconds (or a little longer) then try again. It's amazing to me how often that solves the problem! (BTW, mine's the HP 3330 and I honestly seldom have problems with it.)

I have the HP 3030. Can the 3030 be configured to copy on legal size paper? Thanks.
