Help -Req. for Transcript of Tax Return

I was asked to Fax the Tax Info Sheet - Completely filled out. Is the Form 4506-T. I have the Address, clients name, SS. Is there any other information that I am supposed to get from the client before signing.

The tax info. sheet is usually filled out by escrow. It is a doc that Escrow/Title completes and sends w/ the executed docs to the lender. I have never filled one out as an SA. Filled out a many working a Title Co, but never as an SA.

If you did not have it completed during the signing, you should be able to get the info you need on the property appraisers site; ie; folio # (property tax ID) taxes paid last year, when due, etc.

BTW - the tax info sheet is not the 4506.

iT WILL SAY "Tax Information" on the top. The form has a bunch of blank lines on it. Pull it out, fax it to me and I will try to help you. I'll be home for about 45min and then I'm off for the day.

This tax info was included in the list of the requirements for closing loans. I have looked through every page and there is nothing that says Tax Information Sheet.

Are you talking about the closing instrutions from lender to Title? If so, The instructions are for Title not you.

Thanks for your help Becca - I am thinking, The list they gave me is just a basic list of requirements and if you don't have whats on the list, don't worry about it. Is that correct.

I can't say without seeing the list "they" gave you. I don't know what list you are talking about. If the list you speak of is the lenders requirements for funding, don't worry about it, this is for the Title Co.

I got your fax

What you have faxed me is an instruction sheet from the lender to the TC. The lender requires that certain docs be faxed to them to obtain a funding number before disbursing the loan.

The TC or SS may want you to fax executed docs to speed up the funding process, but it is not your responsibility to fill out the tax info. sheet. If you notice the doc says "Attention Title Agents" and not signing agents.
