How many have you attached?
OMG - just prepped a single re-fi loan package for IndyMac. I had to attach 12 separate acks and jurats because none of their wording was CA legal. Just curious - anyone remember how many separate notarial certs they had to prepare for a single loan?

None, zip, nada!
Sorry to gloat, Sam.
Michigan doesn't play the notarial verbage game here. Sorry for your anguish. I'm so glad to say I never needed a blank acknowlegement or jurant do to non-compliant language only for being the second notary for a two-part closing.

I have had to attach about three. Sounds like you had a busy day!

Ok Marla - since the package was from Florida, I'm holding you responsible. Then again...it paid $125 and was <10 miles r.t - so i guess I owe you one.

I'm very jealous of your free-wheeling MI ways!

I did a CA loan and a piggy back for Pinnacle Financial not long ago. It took me about 15 acks and four jurats. They had sent me a whole bunch of CA acks...not Texas wording and neither was the wording on the docs so I just made and attached my own. Got a check a week later.

I think the most I've had to attach is about 8 jurats and 4 acknowledgments. I can't remember who's package it was though. There were so many the borrowers asked me what I was doing so I explained it to them.

That was how it went with this one too. I hope the check comes in the next week like Brenda's.
