How often does this happen?

I got a call to do loan docs. I called the title company, spoke with escrow person, she advised me there was two emails. O.K. I print everything. Go to the signing, when I get home there is another email and a few docs from the loan processor sent to title who forward to me. So frustrating.

Only once per career. It never happens again thereafter.
