I dont have much experience, just a few months but I wonder how many loans have you signed so far.

Probably half of the loans signed this month were either CW or Full Spectrum

This has been a slower month for me, I have done 22, and I have seen ALOT of CW and full spectrum too, as well as purchases

Little different her in KY but I did 20 this month. That is about average for me.

This is my third month of trying to do loan closings to fill in the slow spots of doing appraisals and have done 12 this month so far, and still a couple of days to go and I turned down 5 in the last week.

Tray, if you are still there, where are you located in KY, I am near Ashland!

56 so far and 2 scheduled for tomorrow.

I average about 50 a month for over a year now. Only 2 were through SS's. I have been in the business full time since about 1998 and have a good clientel built.

Keep marketing directly to brokers, Lenders and Title offices.
